SIBUR’s research and development (R&D) programme is overseen by SIBUR Technology Centre comprising: SIBUR Innovations, a synthetic rubber research centre in Voronezh, NIOST, a chemical technology centre in Tomsk,R&Dcentre for the development and testing of polymer products SIBURPolyLab,and NIPIGAS, an engineering centre for gas-processing technology in Krasnodar.
